Relationships are often taken lightly but their are people who take them extremely serious. Most women get into relationships because they want to get to a long term goal, which might be marriage or to start a family what ever the case is their is most likely a goal they want to reach. We all know communication is the key to any relationship but when you are asked "Where do you see this going" don't you think you should have a response. If you are putting yourself in a relationship it shouldn't be just for the moment. That can seem selfish and a waste of the other persons time and energy. We put so much of our selfs in to the partnership with the other person for them to just think that it is just a fling or a short term thing. I understand men don't communicate very well which is OK most women are willing to work with you but if you can't answer the question "Where is this going" than I have to say maybe you not their for the right reasons. Even though we may hate labels on certain relationships its actually a problem solver, with a label you know exactly what your in and what is to be expected. Don't drag someones heart through the mud without telling them were the destination is. We all hurt and weather we all say "Its whatever" we all feel the hurt of being mislead and walking blindly for no reason.
